Windows Live Search Mobile has been a popular application for phones and PDAs running Windows Mobile. Microsoft has released a new version, V2. You can run it as a client or as a web-based version. The client can be downloaded for java-based or Windows Mobile devices. I've got it on my T-Mobile MDA and it works very well.
